Mawlawi Zabiullah Mujahid, the spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate, rebuked the US House of Representatives' claims about foreign groups in Afghanistan as unfounded, dismissing them as deceptive propaganda.

Mr. Mujahid underscored that Afghanistan currently operates under a robust central government that exercises complete authority over its entire territory, thwarting any attempts by external entities to exploit its land for hostile purposes. 

He also reiterated the Islamic Emirate's steadfast pledge to prevent its soil from becoming a launching pad for threats against other parties.
